1) First of all you go here -> https://www.phpbb.com/ [/size]official place of phpBB forum ! Totally free.

2) Click Download 3.2.0 wich is the last update (in case you see this later the the forum files probably have been updated to a new version !

3) After you download the files go to phpBB folder and copy all the files.

4) Upload them to the place you want the forum to be (hosted).

5) Watch this video to go throught the installation procces. 
 

 
Remember "localhost" is your domain !!
